Greentech Foundation App in Google Play Store

Dear Brothers - Earlier Greentech Foundation had an App, which I used for making donations via my Google Pay.
Now I don't see that App any more.
Please advise how I can make a contribution, otherwise.

Actually I have funds in my Google Play.
And earlier with GTAF app, I could make a payment.
Is it possible to get the app back?
