Can't save the bookmark even after giving all the permission

Assalamualaikum, I'm having issue saving the bookmarks on my phone. It says I need to give permission of the sd card but there's no option to give permission for phone's space. I can only see permission for audio, I've given all the permission but it still saying I need to give permission. I'm using vivo's iqoo 13 and OnePlus 9
Faced problem in both the device.
