App crashes opening At Taqasur

The app crashes while trying to open the aura Al Taqasur. I tried to clear the cache but not solved. My device is S23 ultra Samsung. Please find the attachments for more details. I have the screen recording of the issue but can't attach here, please share a Google drive link.
