[iOS] Progress is not showing after logging onto my account in a new phone

Assalamu Alaikum please I changed my phone and I figured out that after installing the app on my new phone, I tried logging onto my account and found out that my progress is not reflecting. My planner and my progress is not showing and I'm worried because of that as my progress is very vital to me. Please can you please rectify the issue.

We didn't have progress tracking features on iOS previously. But in recent updates this is now present in iOS version as well.
So it will in sha Allah work fine.
