Assalamu alaikum brothers,

Due to some issue, my Quran and Hadith apps were uninstalled two days ago. On the third day, I reinstalled them, and now on the fourth day, I have discovered that all my library contents in both apps are missing.

Al-Quran app:

*Almost 300+ bookmarks containing 2,500+ ayahs

*Many personal notes

*281+ days streak

Hadith app:

Almost 200+ bookmarks containing 700+ hadiths

I have lost all the data. The streak itself does not mean much to me, but I have lost almost 100+ hours of my personal work organized in the Library section. I have been using these apps since 2021. During this time, I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps multiple times, but I never lost any bookmark or library data before.

Previously, it sometimes took 1–2 days for my data to fully sync from your server to my app library. However, this time, even after waiting two days, nothing was restored from the server to my local offline library.

After two days, I uninstalled the app again (with a 2-day streak and 500+ ayahs read), then reinstalled it and logged in. I could only see a 2-day streak with 500+ ayahs remaining. My previous lifetime activity—27k+ ayahs read, a 281+ day streak, and approximately 85+ hours of usage data—has completely vanished.

Can you please help me in any way to retrieve my bookmark and library data in both apps?
